What happens when I run out of AI credits?+

You can purchase additional credits at $10 per 500, available on any paid plan. Credits never expire once purchased. On the Free plan, you start with 500 lifetime credits — upgrade to get a monthly credit refresh.

Can I switch plans?+

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing inside the app. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?+

The Free plan is your trial — 500 lifetime AI credits, no time limit, no credit card required. Use it as long as you need to evaluate the platform.

What's the difference between Business and Business Pro?+

Business Pro gives you 4× more AI credits (2,000 vs 500/month), the Logo Creator feature, and priority support. If you're generating a high volume of content or need logo design tools, Pro is the right tier.

How does agency pricing work?+

You pay per client org, not per seat. Add a No-AI org for $6/mo or a full-AI org for $14/mo. There are no per-user fees — invite as many team members as you need to each org.

Do you offer annual billing?+

Yes. Business annual is $290/yr ($24.17/mo effective — 2 months free). Business Pro annual is $490/yr ($40.83/mo effective). Agency annual pricing is available on request.
