These Terms of Service govern your use of Brandsona, operated by EBOSS Group. By using Brandsona, you agree to these terms.
You may use Brandsona for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share through the platform. You may not use Brandsona to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Brandsona uses AI to assist with content creation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. EBOSS Group makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
You retain ownership of content you create using Brandsona. EBOSS Group retains ownership of the Brandsona platform, The Branding Puzzle™ framework, and all related intellectual property.
Brandsona is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. EBOSS Group's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
